🎄 Christmas Craft Café – Workshop Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payments
  • All workshops must be booked in advance online to secure your place.

  • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Full payment (or deposit if applicable) is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds
  • Tickets are non-refundable unless we need to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • If you can’t attend, you may transfer your place to a friend - just let us know their name before the session.

  • In the event of illness or unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try to offer an alternative date where spaces allow, but this can’t be guaranteed.

Workshop Experience
  • Please arrive promptly, 15 minutes before the session so everyone can collect their trays. Late arrivals may miss part of the workshop and we can’t extend the session.

  • Workshops are beginner-friendly and self-led, with full photo guides and assistance available.

  • All tools and materials are provided. Aprons are supplied, but some materials may stain - please dress accordingly.

  • Hot drinks and cake are available during your session. If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking.

Safety & Liability
  • Please follow any safety instructions provided during the workshop.

  • We are not responsible for any damage to personal belongings or clothing.

  • Children over 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Photography & Promotion
  • We occasionally take photos during sessions for social media and website use. If you’d prefer not to be included, please let us know when you arrive.

Changes or Cancellations by Us
  • If we ever need to cancel a session (for example, due to illness or low numbers), you’ll be offered either a full refund or a transfer to another available date.

  • Tracked 48 hour - £3.50 | 2 - 5 working days delivery time

  • Tracked 24 hour - £5.50 | 2 - 3 working days delivery time

Delivery

Your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Hen Do Heaven cannot be held responsible due to Royal Mail delays.

All parcels will be sent with Royal Mail tracked 24 & 48 hour service.

We’re currently unable to ship to Northern Ireland due to new EU shipping policies.

Payment
  • Our workshop kits include all the materials needed to host the workshop yourself. Most of the equipment is supplied too. You may occasionally need to use your own equipment like scissors or pots for water to wash brushes.

  • By making a purchase you are agreeing to the terms as shown here and below. You can download a copy of our terms + conditions via this link, for you to print.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order after it has been placed and will notify you in such circumstances.

  • We currently only dispatch our craft kits within the UK.

Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging and kits are not opening or items removed.

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.

  • The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  • The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.
