Terms and Conditions

🎄 Christmas Craft Café – Workshop Terms & Conditions

Bookings & Payments
  • All workshops must be booked in advance online to secure your place.

  • Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Full payment (or deposit if applicable) is required at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds
  • Tickets are non-refundable unless we need to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • If you can’t attend, you may transfer your place to a friend - just let us know their name before the session.

  • In the event of illness or unavoidable circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try to offer an alternative date where spaces allow, but this can’t be guaranteed.

Workshop Experience
  • Please arrive promptly, 15 minutes before the session so everyone can collect their trays. Late arrivals may miss part of the workshop and we can’t extend the session.

  • Workshops are beginner-friendly and self-led, with full photo guides and assistance available.

  • All tools and materials are provided. Aprons are supplied, but some materials may stain - please dress accordingly.

  • Hot drinks and cake are available during your session. If you have any food allergies or dietary requirements, please inform us at the time of booking.

Safety & Liability
  • Please follow any safety instructions provided during the workshop.

  • We are not responsible for any damage to personal belongings or clothing.

  • Children over 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

Photography & Promotion
  • We occasionally take photos during sessions for social media and website use. If you’d prefer not to be included, please let us know when you arrive.

Changes or Cancellations by Us
  • If we ever need to cancel a session (for example, due to illness or low numbers), you’ll be offered either a full refund or a transfer to another available date.

Booking Policy + Info - Hen Parties

The balance is due 30 days before the date of your party. Payment is either via bank transfer.

Craft Party Policy

  • You can cancel your activity up to 30 days before your hen party, for a refund minus the booking fee. After this time, a refund isn’t available as the materials and supplies will have been ordered and final numbers must be given.

  • We require a non-returnable booking fee of 10% of the total booking to secure your event date.

  • If the balance payment isn’t paid within 7 days of the invoice date we reserve the right to cancel your booking and keep monies paid up till that point.

  • If numbers reduce, the minimum party payment of 10 places must still be met, even if numbers drop below ten.

  • If ‘extra’ people would like to attend on the day, they will need to pay the cost of the workshop each before starting the activity, either in cash or payment via the website, up to a maximum of 3 people.

  • If people drop out on the day or are really late due to illness/delays/traffic etc, we are unable to give any refunds, as materials are pre-ordered based on the numbers given 30 days before. Please don't ask any of our workshop tutors on the day for a refund.

Our Right To Cancel A Workshop

  • In the unlikely event that we are unable to attend your event, we reserve the right to cancel the workshop. We will give you as much warning as possible by contacting you on the email address you gave us when you registered. We will refund the cost of the workshop/event in full including the booking fee.

We will not accept liability for paying your travel or accommodation costs.

    Workshop Venues

  • For most workshops we require stable tables to work from and chairs for yourselves.

  • Hen Do Heaven are not responsible for any damage caused to a venue and it’s contents or your clothing, due to misuse (accidental or otherwise) of our materials, tools, or equipment. No refunds or compensation will be applicable.
